The last preparations are underway in Rovereto when there are 48 hours left to Fisherman’s Friend StrongmanRun The Original – 20k, organized by RCS Sport – RCS Active Team. Rovereto for the seventh consecutive time is the location chosen for the event.

The start will be about  02.00 pm in Via Giacomo Tartarotti, where the runners are going back after 10km to pass through the finish line and start the second lap. One of the news of the 2018 edition is that the route is completely set in the city with the passage inside the Quercia Rovereto Città della Pace e dello Sport stadium,  the crossing of the Brione Neighborhood and the double crossing of the Leno river.

  • Saturday 22nd September from 10AM to 1.45PM in Sala Polifunzionale at Scuola Primaria Regina Elena (via Follone 1, Rovereto)
  • The room will be available for the Media until 8.00PM on Saturday

9.00 a.m: Village opening and race bibs giving

From 1.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m: Hospitality area and race start line – Via Tartarotti

2.00 p.m: Race start – Via Tartarotti

4.30 p.m: Award ceremony for the first three men and three women classified

6.00 p.m: End of the race

8.00 p.m: Strong Party

Dolomiti Energia has lunched the “Dolomiti Hydrotour” project, which allows to understand how the 100% clean energy is produced in Trentino. In particular, linked to the obstacle race, every strongmanrunner, who will show his race bib at the Dolomiti Hydrotour stand, will be able to access to guided tours for free organized inside hydroelectric power plants of Riva del Garda or Santa Massenza.
